The CEO for the Alianza de Comercio Euroasiática (Euro-Asian Business Alliance) and head of the business platform of the Russian-Spanish Intergovernmental Committee, Eduard Gulyan, in his visit to Guadalajara today, has had a work meeting with some representatives from "Guadalajara Empresarial", employers of the sector, and hi! Real Estate.
Before the meeting, a presentation and guided tour around the premises of Puerta Centro-Ciudad del Transporte took place, as the attendants showed an interest on that project before today's meeting. Alejandro Solano, manager for Investment and Equity, and Manuel Delgado, manager of Urban Development of the hi Innovation Real Estate group have been responsible for explaining, both on a plan and on-site, the possibilities offered by our logistic platform for the development of any investment activity to those attending the meeting.
The meeting has been chaired by the CEO for CEOE-CEPYME Guadalajara, Mª Soledad García, and by the experts from the Business Development Office, Pilar López and Fernando Chausa. The meeting has been attended by representatives from the three entities which collaborate with the "Guadalajara Empresarial" project, as the regional minister for Economy, Business, and Employment of the Regional Government of Castile La Manche, Susana Blas; the member of the Provincial Government of Guadalajara for Economic Development, Rosa Abel Muñoz, and the local councilor for Economic Development and third deputy major, Santiago Baeza.
In this meeting, all attendants were able to talk to the CEO for the Alianza de Comercio Euroasiática about the business advantages offered by the province of Guadalajara for investment, in particular, the Ciudad del Transporte project, finding out at the same time investment and development opportunities in Russia. In this way, the attendants agreed the generation of new synergies among Russian and Guadalajara-based businessmen for the incorporation of new companies and marketing agreements in both countries.
The CEO for CEOE-CEPYME Guadalajara has highlighted the good social climate of our institutions and the close involvement existing among the regional, provincial, and local governments so as to generate business synergies. Mª Soledad García has prompted Eduard Gulyan to promote business growth in our province, as "Guadalajara has a huge potential in a strategic location which can turn into a direct gate towards Europe." "Of course, we are at your disposal at CEOE-CEPYME Guadalajara to help you from the very first moment and to monitor any project you would like to implement in our province, providing you with the best available resources to do so", she said.
The representatives from the town hall of Guadalajara, Provincial Government, and Regional Government of Castile La Manche have shown the incentives or aids destined within each of those institutions for the creation of new companies and to promote employment in the province of Guadalajara. In the same way, all three institutions have stated their firm undertaking to make any administrative procedures to incorporate new companies easier and quicker. They have also committed to helping prospective investors or business people during their process to settle in our province.
At the end of the meeting, the CEO for the Alianza de Comercio Euroasiática has been given an information package with leaflets and a corporate pen drive with all updated material on the "Guadalajara Empresarial" project, as well as all detailed information on the Puerta Centro - Ciudad del Transporte project and its intermodal offer of logistic activities and services in central Spain.
