Puerta Centro will develop some 26 hectares of logistics uses with railway access especially indicated for huge operators and industrial activities of transformation with the railway accessibility requirement.

This sub-area could function as a support and complement to the Intermodal Terminal and at the same time accommodate other additional railway terminals:

Dedicated terminals
Full wagon terminal
Containers terminals
Merchandise watchdog centre
Warehouse area complementary to the Terminal
