Endowments and Equipments

Puerta Centro has 11, 8 hectares used as a complement to the Services Centres. It includes equipments and endowments that exceed the logistic needs, hence; covering a wider range of segments of activities and markets.

The following areas of activities could be developed:

Business parks, suitable for the localisation of high quality company head offices, with special interest to the promotion and help of SMBs (small, medium businesses) and the creation of a breeding ground of companies.
Technological parks, a place of business excellence dedicated, exclusively, to R+D+T (Research, development and technological innovation).
Teaching complexes and, especially, universities.
Pavilion of conventions.
Multifunctional shopping area for medium surface areas.
Wholesaler parks.
Sports areas.

Similarly to the Services Centres, it involves architectural combinations of functional and aesthetic high quality, with landscape integration and simple maintenance and operation, totally modular.
