PC proposes a polyvalent activity area of transition between the Services Centres and the Multifunctional Logistics.

This area of 10 hectares will be dedicated to give services to lorries and to different employed teams in the handling of the merchandise.

BPO and insurers.
Parking spaces.
Exhibition and sales of vehicles.
Weighbridge

Moreover, there will be an area specialised in the small logistic operator, local transitory or distributors with small demand of warehousing surface areas.
